What a Tease: The Great Gatsby Needs to Come Out ASAP

I cannot wait for this movie. Not only is the plot great, but also the cast is great and the soundtrack? Oh my goodness. So fantastic. It’s even more fantastic that most if not all of the songs are originals created for the film. The xx, Florence and the Machine, Lana Del Rey, what’s not to love?

The Governor’s Ball Music Fest

I am beyond excited. For as much as I love music, the amount of concerts I attend is unbelievably pathetic.  Like no joke the last show I saw was a The Kooks, Yawn, and Morning Parade concert in March 2012.  Because of the rarity that concert attendance is in my life,  my anticipation and excitement is further heightened for the Governor’s Ball this summer.  My brother and I got our tickets yesterday and I can hardly contain myself.  One look at the lineup and you’ll know exactly what I mean.  If I tried to list all the bands I was excited to see, I would end up listing about 3/4 of them. Anyway, the ones I am MOST excited for are Grizzly Bear, The xx, Beach House, Best Coast, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, and Young The Giant, but the list goes on and on.
